Pastor Jeff Howell and his son Noah, dear friends of our from Plant City, came to visit Santi today. It was a surprise to us and Santi was definitely happy. Noah is just about Santi's age and was so talkative and cheerful that it really perked him up. Just before they left to go back home, Noah gave him a bright yellow dump truck to play with. Santi later put his animal crackers in the back of the truck and ate them one by one....he liked the truck, Noah! Not only did Noah entertain Santi with his fishing stories, but he talked with us girls in the hallways while we waited for one thing or another. He reminded us of our own little brother Jon-Michael. You were a blessing, Howell family!

We also had a special time of prayer with Pastor Harding this evening. It is so nice to have such encouragement around us. Thank you for visiting...

Thanks for posting the update... I've been praying for both Santia and Cilicia throughout the day today. May the Lord give them both much grace and healing during this time.

Yesterday evening in our family devotions we read 3 John and I was struck with his opening lines:

3 John 1:2
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

In Christ,
Christopher

Hello Dear Hurons! We are thankful to hear that both are out of surgery. We will be there with little Alanna in the morning for her MRI so will plan to stop by after that.
The Lord is helping us through our journey with Alanna in the ministry of His Word. One verse that is on our "list" is Psalm 31:24 "Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord."
We know that your hope is in the Lord, thus we know that you are being encouraged. We love you all.
